    Loved the article. Using a profile is the only way to control a roast and roast great coffee. We use the Ambex roaster with a computer profile plus program. Some say the computer does all the work, but someone had to tell it what to do. We used a manual topper roaster for three years and it was hard to control. You really had to be with the machine thru the whole roast. http://www.jacksoncoffeeco.com

    Brian. Thanks. Jarda Tucek and Willem Boot helped me with the requirements.
    I just released a new cupping plugin that builds the graph on the host making it more efficient. I will be rewriting this plugin for host generation to improve the efficiency.
